1. Product Description

Guide rail lift platform is driven by the electric and hydraulic system, lifting up and down along the guide rail. Equipped single side or double sides hydraulic cylinder to keep the lift works smooth and stable. Guide rail lift platform provides a fast,efficient convenient and safe way to transport cargo from one floor to another. It can be installed indoor and outdoor applications. It is mainly used for warehousing, logistics ,industrial ,mining production lines, automotive sales industry ect. According to the requirements of the installation environment of elevator and use, choose different optional configuration, can achieve better results.

This model of lift is designed and produced based on customers’ special requirements: load capacity, lifting height and platform size.

2. Product Features

Guide rail lift platform have the special safety system hereinafter.
1. Spillover valve, it can prevent high pressure when the machine moves up.
2. Manual emergency valve :it can go down to the nearest floor and open the door when you meet an emergency.
3. Manual pump :it can move up the nearest floor and open the door when you meet an emergency.
4. Pipe fracture valve, when the hydraulic system pipe fracture, it can cut down the channel of the oil to stop the falling.
5. Temperature protection, when the temperature of the hydraulic oil is substandard, the machine will stop working until the temperature reverts to the safe standard.
6. Anti-dropping device: Prevent falling of platform.
