Usage

T27 smart auto- reclose for MCB or RCD installed in the is developed to solve the problem that the system is unable to work normally after unmanned power supply device-trips, or the system losses lightning protection after the MCB or RCD installed in the unmanned mobile base station trips. T27 smart auto-recloser for MCB or RCD enables the lightning protection device of mobile base station, unmanned power supply system to reclose automatically in a short time. This device can achieve the unmanned aim.

T27 smart auto- reclose for miniature circuit can be combined with standard module MCB made by different countries to constitute reclosing mechanism. It is suitable to be used in telecommunication, electric power, mobile base stations and other fields in the countries all around the world.

Description

When T27-MA is power on, the counter will display ‘001122334455667788’ ’99’ and then it will display the total reclosing times recorded before . the count whenever T27-MA recloses .when the counter counts over 99. It will be cleared to zero .we preset the continuous reclose of T27-MA at 3 times and the reclose delay time at 5 seconds, and they can be programmed whenever you want . when MCB or RCD trips, T27-MA will reclose automatically except the situation that the continuous reclose times exceeds the preset value. At that time, we can clear the continuous reclosing times through 4 ways that list as following:

a. Pushing down reclosing button of remote control .

b. Shifting manual/automatic switch from automatic state(ON) to manual state (OFF).and then return to automatic state (ON).

c. Reclosing by RS485 port.

d. Power on.

Reclosing introduction

When the MCB/RCD installed with T27-MA smart auto- recloser trips. T27-MA smart auto- recloser will reclose MCB/RCD with the lever connected to MCB/RCD. If the MCB/RCD trips again during the continuous reclosing delay time. T27-MA smart auto- recloser will reclose again except that the continuous reclosing times exceed to the preset value .

the continuous reclosing times will be cleared to zero after the reclosing succeeds and hold exceed the continuous reclosing delay time..when reclosing is done completely .the dry contact of COM terminal and NC terminal will be connected ,and at the same time ,the COM terminal and NC terminal will be disconnected.

The electrical parameter of COM-NO and COM-NC can reach AC1A@250V.

RS485

A master can communicate with multiply slave devices connected to RS485 bus. It is recommended that adopt less than 0.75mm shielded twisted-pair cable be adopted and shielded be connected to GND
